Lodge 12A is a charming retreat located in the village of Dunning, Perth and Kinross. Hosting two bedrooms; a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with an electric fire. washing machine, fridge/freezer with 3 x freezer drawers, dishwasher, wine cooler with complimentary bottle of wine. Coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods.To the outside is off road parking for two cars, a raised gated patio area with seating and a small lawned area with an outdoor rotary dryer. One small well behaved dog welcome with complimentary dog treats. Please enquire regarding a second dog. Less than an hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St. Andrews and just 15 minutes from the City of Perth with its attractions including a Museum, and Scone Palace, and yet set in the lovely Perthshire countryside.
Located in Perth, this lodge is in a rural area. Perth Theatre and Perth Concert Hall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Perth Ice Rink and Phoenix Falconry. Traveling with kids? Consider Gordon & Durward, or check out an event or a game at McDiarmid Park. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding, hiking, and cycling nearby.
