Heading upstairs, the bright and spacious lounge features comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player and a wonderful Juliet balcony from which you can enjoy the views over the surrounding countryside towards Kinnoull Hill and the majestic Ochil Range. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that can convert into a double bed if required. Next is the pretty double bedroom with ample storage space and gorgeous views. Finally, completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed patio directly in front of the cottage with an inviting hot tub to unwind in; admire the wonderful countryside views and stargaze under the clear sky. There is a seating area with charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining on a warmer day. Adjacent to the property is a large, enclosed, shared lawn area with a bench and children s see saw.
