The Space:
Recently refurbished, this one-bedroom ground floor apartment is picture perfect!

In the living room, you’ll find beautiful modern features and gorgeous little touches. Soft cushions sit on the comfy emerald green sofa and armchair where you can sit back and relax in front of the flat screen Smart TV.

Following on from the living area is the kitchen. The cosy, fresh space has everything you could need for your stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer. Sharing the space is the dining area which comes in the form of a wooden table with seating for two.

The bathroom can be found behind the kitchen area. Modern and stylish, it features a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC, and a bright, contemporary feel.

Head back through the living room and onto the hallway, and you’ll discover the bedroom. Continuing the emerald colour scheme and plenty of personal touches, the bedroom is special. The comfy, double bed provides a relaxing and tranquil feel in the setting. There is also ample storage space and a dressing table area.

Outside, there is a compact yard area where you can enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxed evenings.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to Emerald Retreat are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Emerald Retreat is located in the thriving market city of Leicester in the East Midlands. The apartment is located a short stroll from the city centre where you’ll find a variety of shops, bars and cafes. With everything in easy walking distance, you’ll be ideally placed for your stay.

You’ll also find an abundance of historic inns and restaurants throughout Leicester. And you’ll find plenty of micropubs too so if trying out traditional local ales is your thing, then Leicester is the place for you to visit.

Leicester has a varied selection of attractions so there’s bound to be something to keep you entertained in the city!

Take in the magestice Roman Jewry wall, the King’s tomb in Leicester Cathedral and the out-of-this world National Space Centre for a journey through time.

Art lovers will be able to enjoy many galleries throughout the city. You can also find the dinosaur gallery at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery.

Getting Around:
Leicester train station is two miles away from Emerald Retreat and there are regular train routes to locations all across the UK, with direct routes to Derby, Nottingham, Manchester, Liverpool and London.

A number of bus routes can also be found running through Leicester, with direct access to towns and cities throughout Leicestershire and the East Midlands.
