You are in the perfect location to explore the best of everything Bristol has to offer. On the edge of the South Gloucestershire countryside with easy access to the Cotswolds and Bath.

The Space:
A lovely 3 bedroom property, the bedroom configuration is 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the twin bedroom and finally a single bed in the third bedroom. The 3 bedrooms are cosy and feature comfortable beds with fresh linen and towels provided.

The main living room contains plenty of seating for you to relax and a smart TV.

There is a separate dining room also with a smart TV which looks out over the garden area where you can enjoy the sunshine using the patio furniture provided at your leisure.

The modern bathroom contains a bath and an over bath shower.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay including microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine , dishwasher and that all important coffee machine. A breakfast bar in the kitchen provides a lovely space to sit in the morning and enjoy your coffee.

The Neighborhood:
Kingswood is a suburb of Bristol which has a lot of tourist attractions including the famous Brunel Suspension Bridge and SS Great Britain.

The property is close to Downend and Fishponds with local shops and nature walks a short distance away. Page Park in nearby Staple Hill is a much-loved space for families to play, or those looking for a quiet café nestled in a beautifully recently restored sensory garden.

The local watering hole is the star Pub which serves a great pint and lovely hearty food. A short 15-minute walk will take you to Kingswood high street where you will find Italian restaurant Ravenna serving tasty pizza and pasta dishes. Also within walking distance of the property is Grimsbury community farm, play park and café, Free to enter and lots of fun for the family!

Getting Around:
Kingswood is well connected by road, with the A420 from the area heading directly into Bristol City Centre in around 30 mins.

The A4 to Bath is well within reach, whilst the M4 to the north, for London and south Wales, is reachable via the A4174.

Kingswood’s nearest train station is Lawrence Hill to the west, which is 3.5 miles from the centre of the city,.
