Pentreath - a large family home that sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, Crackington Haven

Cornwall. Sleeps up to 10

This five-bedroom home nestles on the side of the valley in one of Cornwall’s most dramatic beauty spots, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with views down to the sea. The beach is less than 500 metres away. The village boasts a public house serving good food, two excellent cafés, a beach shop and a pair of clifftop tennis courts.
The house is split over various ‘half-levels’ with two bedrooms at the top, two at the bottom of the first flight of stairs, either side of the bathroom, and another bedroom at the bottom of the next flight of stairs, next to the shower room.
Upon entering the house through the front door there is a modern open plan kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a bench-like dining table with benches within the space, a TV room with a sofa and bean bags and a comfortable sitting room area with sofa and chairs arranged around a wood burning stove for those cosy evenings can also be found on this level.
There are steps to the lower floor of the property where you will find utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an additional toilet in this area.
There is an outdoor shower next to the back door to allow you to wash off the sand after a day on the beach or surfing. The back door opens on to a covered area which is useful to store surfboards, wetsuits and coats.
There is a patio around the house with a surrounding fence and a barbecue for guests to use.

This cottage is located in Bude. Museum of Witchcraft and Cornwall at War Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Pengenna Pasties and Harlequinns Leisure. Trethorne Leisure Park and The Hidden Valley Discovery Park are also worth visiting.
