Well Barn is a fabulous new barn refurbishment. It offers modern, minimalist accommodation in a quiet haven between Sudbourne and Iken on the Suffolk coast.

The barn sits on a high point which ensures incredible, far reaching views across the marshes towards the river Alde and Ore, and in all directions. Sightings of rare birds, deer and other wildlife are one of the marvels of this place. The living accommodation is upstairs, while the bedrooms are downstairs. There is underfloor heating throughout making this a wonderful, warm destination throughout the year. Close to Orford and to the Snape Maltings.

The accommodation is perfectly suited to a family of four, or two couples. There is a third room for extra accommodation if necessary. There is an outside terrace and barbeque.

This vacation home is located in Woodbridge. Snape Maltings and Long Shop Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Aldeburgh Golf Club and Thorpeness Golf Club. Congo Rapids Lost World Adventure Golf and RSPB Minsmere are also worth visiting.
