The space
Our little hideaway is truly unique. Tucked behind a florist shop in the centre of town, it offers fantastic access to the delights of Brighton and Hove, as well as privacy and quiet. The cosy living space comprises an open-plan living room/kitchen, lit from a high window at the front of the property, with a small table for dining or working from, and a double corner sofa-bed. The loft space by the window is furnished by comfotable single bed but its not intended for sleeping, you are welcome to use it during the day.

A passageway leads from the kitchen to the bedroom and shower room. The kitchen and bedroom are also linked by a beautiful, period window, letting further light into the kitchen from the rear garden. The rear bedroom is also newly decorated with a double bed. It has sliding patio doors which open onto a rear, walled courtyard. The high walls give an unusual level of privacy for the city-centre location, and a peaceful, secluded outdoor space. There is a table and chairs outside for outdoor dining. You'll also find a spacious, modern shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.

The property is powered by eco-friendly energy generated from the off-shore wind farm you can see from the seafront.

Plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops in the neighbourhood.

For longer stays Onstreet parking is limited and expensive. your best option is to park in a private or council parking. there are a few car parks near by. a good place to find parking is through the website justpark.com. a few in the neighbourhood offer their driveway for parking on websites like justpark.com; you should be able to find a place nearby for around £8 a day.
