This bright, comfortable and spacious lower ground property is located right in the very centre of Brighton. The buildings in this historic square look out on to beautiful lawns with the beach just beyond, opposite the iconic i360 and the Old West Pier. The home is ideally located to explore the whole of Brighton - just moment away from the shore and promenade, fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as the central shopping district, with the famous Brighton Lanes within a short walking distance.

The flat itself consists of a homely decorated living area, with sofas and TV (with Virgin Media TV and Netflix) connected to the kitchen area and dining space with a large dining table.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with French doors opening on to a rear courtyard. One bedroom has a king sized bed and one bedroom has a double bed, both with really good quality mattresses and sumptuous memory foam mattress toppers, to give a restful night's sleep. The bedrooms, will be made up with white, hotel quality linen and towels for your stay. There is also a family bathroom with a powerful shower.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is next to the beach and right in the centre, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of all types. The newly built British Airways i360 is a 2 minute walk away where you can see great views of the entire city. In a 5 minute walk you can go shopping in Brighton's main shopping centre, Churchill Square, or take a trip to the quirky and bustling Brighton Lanes. It is in a very safe area and has some great local pubs nearby. Also, there is a great cocktail bar just next door!

## Transit

15 minute walk to Brighton train station, and near to most of the of main bus routes and taxis. Regency Square carpark is just opposite (30 seconds walk).
