“The Swansea View" has been recently renovated to provide a stylish, comfortable space to relax and enjoy your break. 3 bedrooms house with 5 real beds, we also have a large sofa bed for your extra guest.
Set in its own extensive private grounds you will be surrounded by trees and hedgerows busting with wildlife. A short stroll takes you to the beautiful areas with small shops, whilst a 10 minute drive takes you to a choice of gorgeous Swansea beaches.
The entire space is for your own private use and is not shared with other visitors. The HOUSE is approached via a private driveway, and has a spacious level parking area immediately adjacent to the house. Extra parking is available if you have more than 2 cars.
This vacation home is located in Birchgrove, a neighborhood in Swansea. Plantasia and LC Swansea are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Quadrant Shopping Centre and Swansea Market. Teamforce Paintball & Activity Centre and Swansea Observatory are also worth visiting.
