Be welcomed into a beautiful cottage, where an open fire is settled into a traditional fireplace and warms the sitting room as you relax and plan the day ahead of you. The kitchen/diner creates a bright and tranquil space for you to rustle up a storm, enjoying your meal at the dining table. Victoria Cottage houses two bedrooms, a double and a single with additional single pull out, and there is a ground floor bathroom for your refreshment. A beautiful garden accompanies this cottage, so dining alfresco is a must.

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: Saxmundham is a small market town located on the River Fromus, in the heart of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The town is well serviced with independent shops, local museum, supermarkets and a train station, as well as art galleries, a weekly market and a farmers’ market. Situated so close to the coast, Saxmundham is a great base for a seaside holiday; within easy reach of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, as well as Dunwich, Southwold and Walberswick, you could enjoy a different coastal location each day. Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops. South of the town there is the well known tourist destination of Sutton Hoo, an ancient Royal Anglo-Saxon burial site. With Ipswich an easy drive south, and Norwich an easy drive north, there’s so much to see and do in and around Saxmundham.

This cottage is located in Saxmundham. Saxmundham Museum and Snape Maltings are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Glemham Hall and Leiston Abbey. RSPB Minsmere and Easton Farm Park are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling and hiking/biking trails in the area.
