This spacious three bedroom apartment is located in the C-Listed former Cross Keys hotel, with a living room that now occupies what was once formerly the hotel lounge, and commands an unrivalled and magnificent view of the market square.
Each bedroom contains a bed that can be configured as either a double or twin singles, depending on guests preferred configuration.
The apartment comes with one dedicated parking space for guests to use, located in the rear courtyard.
The Space:
Access is via a shared main entrance just off Market Street.
The apartment is located up one flight of stairs and is all on one level, although there is a very small set of steps in the hallway.
The living room is situated at the front of the building, commanding an unrivalled view of the market square, and its centrepiece the Whyte-Melville Memorial Fountain.
From the hallway, doors lead off to the kitchen, shower room, and three bedrooms.
A rear courtyard at the back of the building contains one dedicated parking space for guests to use.
Where you'll be:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.
Getting around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews. Please note there is one flight of stairs up to the apartment.
Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the house are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
Pre Arrival:
When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.
During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.

Bed Configuration: 
The default bed configuration is 2 x kings & 2 x singles but the options available are 3 x kings or 1 x king & 4 x singles or 6 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option.
Dogs - No Dogs allowed at this property.

This apartment is located in St. Andrews. St Andrews - Eden Course and Lundin Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Aquarium. Cambo Estate Gardens and La Petite Epicerie are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
