The Giddy Limit is a first floor luxury apartment with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen, living, dining area. Solid oak beams and flooring add to the charm and the apartment is furnished with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. The living area is spacous and has a balcony overlooking the garden with views toward the River Tay. Bedroom one has a king size bed which can be split into twin beds, bedroom 2 has a king size bed which can be split into twin beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed. The 7 acre garden is a mixture of woodland and grass and the central south facing courtyard is shared by all properties. Located only 15 minutes drive from St Andrews, the home of golf and only 10 minutes drive from the centre of Dundee. The area is fabulous for walking on beaches or hills, cycling, sight seeing, visiting museums and galleries and the new V&A Museum. The View Restaurant is one mile away, The Newport, which is run by Jamie Scott of Masterchef fame is 3 miles away and our new bistro - Boat Brae is also 3 miles away in our local village of Newport-on-Tay.

Located in Newport-On-Tay, this apartment is on a river. Drumoig Golf Course and Eden Mill St Andrews are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Dundee Science Centre and Cairnie Fruit Farm & Mega Maze. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at The Scottish Clay Shooting Centre or Tannadice Park. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
