The Space:
The Balgove Residence is part of our Skye Sands development on Market Street. The apartment sleeps 2 in 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom. It is finished to the highest specs in an unrivalled central location. Possible to book up to 4 apartments together.
Pay & Display parking is available on Market Street but is free on North Street if you can find a suitable space. 
The Neighbourhood:
St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Town centre location, 10 mins walk to Old Course, 5 to the beach. Supermarkets and bars/restaurants in the vicinity.

Getting Around:
Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.

Pre-Arrival:

When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in.
Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival.

During Your Stay:
We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay.

Our office in St Andrews is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we will be happy to help with any queries.
