Whole house and garden with pool overlooking river, Wormit

We have a beautiful traditional Scottish stone house near Dundee. Original features include stained glass windows and pitch pine wooden doors and stairs. The kitchen has been modernised and leads into the attractive dining area with marble fireplace. There are wonderful views in all rooms of the garden, the river, Dundee and the countryside and hills of Angus. The garden has a summer house, woodland paths, a grotto, ponds and raised vegetable beds. The swimming pool is in a separate chalet.
The space
The house has four double bedrooms and a downstairs room with sofa bed. The master bedroom has a TV and a king size electric bed with en-suite bathroom. The tower bedroom has a TV, shower and hand washbasin. There is an additional double room with hand washbasin. The fourth double room has two single beds. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The kitchen has a large central island and is well equipped. It opens into the traditional dining room. There is a large sitting room leading into the conservatory and the rear garden. There are three patio areas with plenty of seating. The one outside the pool has a nearby stone barbeque.
Guest access
There is a drive where two or three cars can park. It is accessed via Hillpark Terrace, through gates next to a sign "Northview Terrace Rear.

This vacation home is located in Newport-On-Tay. Verdant Works and Claypotts Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Dundee Science Centre and Cairnie Fruit Farm & Mega Maze.
