A newly converted luxury loft within an out building of Aspen House which is set deep down narrow roads within remote and beautiful rolling Suffolk countryside. With impressive attention to detail, the Loft has been professionally interior designed with calming colours, high quality soft furnishings and a variety of wood finishes. Its elevated position and large windows provide wonderful views and a strong link to the surrounding nature. If you’re after clear night skies, tranquillity and getting away from it all, then the Loft is the answer.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall – Leads straight up colourfully painted stairs.
Second/garden kitchen and boot room – Accessed through a separate exterior door is loads of space for muddy boots or bicycles along with kitchen facilities (and large fridge) for alfresco dining.
First Floor
Dining Area – Farmhouse wooden table with built-in pews and spacious seating for six.
Kitchen – Galley style with sink, electric cooker & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Sitting Area – Open plan connected to dining area and kitchen surrounded by waist high wood panelling. Large comfortable three seater sofa, two upholstered chairs and footstool orientated around 42” Smart enabled TV on a funky chest of drawers.
The Blue Bedroom – Painted in sky blue with a traditional wrought iron Queen-size bed with top quality mattress and matching bedside tables.
The Mellow Yellow Bedroom – Painted in cornfield yellow with a wrought iron King-sized bed also with top quality mattress and bedside tables.
Bathroom – Bath with hand held shower, handbasin and lavatory.
Outside
Generous south facing grassy area set aside for guests private usage focusing on a mature oak tree, traditional wooden fencing and a pair of grazing horses. Features a large Indian tent for shady daytime lounging or night time adventures.

Located in Sudbury, this cottage is in a rural area. Clare Ancient House Museum and Holy Trinity Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Ickworth House and Cheeky Chimps Funhouse. Traveling with kids? Consider National Horseracing Museum and CurveMotion.
