The town's flat, agricultural surroundings provide some breath-taking vistas and a wild, windswept atmosphere to clear the cobwebs! A Napoleonic stronghold, a large nuclear bunker that offers award-winning tours, and a lighthouse that is now a museum are some of the historical attractions in the nearby communities. The three-mile-long, spindly, and eerie Spurn Peninsula may be found farther along the coast. Withernsea's sand and pebble beach has a majestic entrance like a tower, plenty of wonderful fish and chip cafés nearby and more. Withernsea has two shops for your convenience, a classic promenade, gorgeous gardens, children's playgrounds, and entertaining attractions like amusements.

Located in Withernsea, this cottage is in a rural area and on the beach. Withernsea Lighthouse Museum and RAF Holmpton are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Hornsea Freeport and Fruit Market Hull. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at KCOM Craven Park or Hull Ice Arena. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
