This detached former farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of Bessingby, near Bridlington and sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms.

The Mews is a detached former farmhouse set in a courtyard, on the edge of the village of Bessingby, just two miles from Bridlington. This cottage sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms, consisting of one double, one king-size double, one twin with basin, one ground floor twin and one ground floor bunk. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner, a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Outside there's ample off road parking and shared use of a rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. The Mews is a convenient base for a family or group of friends.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove, Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, additional gas hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, 6 x TVs with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots, two highchairs, a baby gate and a baby bath is available on request. Ample off road parking e.g four cars & bike storage - Electric charging point with designated parking space. Shared rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. A private rear patio, enclosed by low fencing accessed from the patio doors, with gate to the shared lawn area - you are welcome to allow your dogs to enjoy this area unsupervised if you wish. Three well-behaved dogs are accepted by prior arrangement, first dog is free of charge, any more for an additional fee of £25, but please be aware when accessing the shared lawn area dogs MUST be supervised. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and dog-friendly pub is less then a mile away. Walk to the beach 1.5 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: The area is dark if out walking of an evening so torches are provided, however this is fabulous for star gazing as there are no street lights around. Note: Seasonal Organic fruits and vegetables available for the guests to help themselves (please note this is not always available). Note: 2x summer houses: 1x summer house for children adults not allowed, 1x summer house with bird hide added to the rear. Note - During Christmas season the property will be fully decorated. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the resort of Hornsea and the heritage coastline.

Located in Bridlington, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Bridlington Harbour and Treasure Island Mini Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Gala Bingo and Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park. Explore all the area has to offer with hiking/biking trails and ecotours.
