Rhodes Park is a modern and spacious detached holiday home in a quiet residential area of North Berwick. Furnished and appointed to a high standard, with a fully enclosed mature back garden, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. North Berwick is a fabulous town, with a wide variety of independent shops, restaurants, cafes, and long stretches of sandy beaches looking over to the Island of Craigleith and the Bass Rock.

Living Room
A generous and bright living room, with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, and unlimited complimentary WiFi, offers a great place to sit back, relax and unwind.

Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Area
The large, modern kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering stay. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. With double glassed doors leading to the private garden and decking area, you have the best of both worlds depending on your mood – whether you fancy a spot of alfresco dining or a more formal affair in the dining room, with its solid wooden table and chairs.

Bedrooms
You have four bedrooms to choose from, all of which are beautifully decorated in calming tones, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Two have double beds and the master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room. The other has two single beds and a well-stocked bookcase. The fourth bedroom has a single bed.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties.

Bathroom
In addition to the en-suite shower room, there is a stylish, fully tiled family bathroom, with over-the bath shower, and a separate WC downstairs.

Outdoor
A secure, fully enclosed mature garden and lawn is perfect for guests visiting East Lothian with children. The garden also features a decked area along with garden furniture and a BBQ. Double doors lead into the kitchen.

Parking
This property benefits from private parking in the drive at the front of the house. There is additional free on-street parking.

Just a short walk from the property, there is a large Tesco superstore for grocery shopping and the beaches of North Berwick.

* A £250 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure.
* Our properties are strictly non-smoking and we do not accept hen/stag/party groups.
* At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

Located in North Berwick, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. Scottish Sea Bird Center and Preston Mill & Phantassie Doocot Mill reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include East Links Family Park and Scottish Fisheries Museum. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
