'James Haven' is a traditional three storey townhouse which has been lovingly refurbished to provide a tasteful and comfortable holiday home. Set just one street from the coastline, James Haven is just a few minutes walk from both Cellardyke harbour and the water front at Anstruther, making it well located for enjoying the quiet life but in easy reach of everything you'd need during your stay. Sleeping up to seven guests in four bedrooms, it is a spacious and stylish home ready to welcome you.
James Haven is on a quiet street of traditional fisherman's houses. The ground floor comprises the bright lounge and fully fitted dining kitchen. A back door gives access to the garden.
The first floor has an en suite double bedroom, further double bedroom, single bedroom and family bathroom with shower over the bath. The fourth bedroom, a double, is on the second floor and offers views over the rooftops to the sea just beyond. Outside, external stairs lead to a terraced garden with seating and patio areas. Off street parking is available for one car to the rear of the garden, with additional on street parking also available. Fully refurbished by the owner, James Haven has been well equipped for guests and the tasteful decor will make you feel right at home.
The East Neuk is a wonderful holiday destination. Each of the villages are connected by miles of unspoilt coastal paths, there is an abundance of fresh local produce and many fabulous food and drink establishments using locally sourced ingredients. As well as the world famous Old Course in nearby St Andrews, there are several renowned golf courses in the area so whether you are after a chilled break or an active adventure, there's something for everyone!

This vacation home is located in Anstruther. Swilken Bridge and Tantallon Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Anstruther Golf Club and Crail Golfing Society - Balcomie and Craighead Courses. Scottish Fisheries Museum and La Petite Epicerie are also worth visiting.
