Whether you plan to only eat breakfast before heading out for the day or intend to have home cooked meals using local produce the kitchen caters for all guests. French doors lead to the private courtyard garden which has outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine al fresco. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is the addition of a utility room complete with traditional pulley. The garden can also be accessed from the utility room, and this provides handy extra space for storing golf clubs or any watersports accessories you may have. Parking is available for one car in the driveway to the front of the property and any additional vehicles can park in the surrounding streets.
