This is a luxury 4 bed apartment including annex, sleeping 16 people. One bedroom annex with separate entrance with small kitchen, lounge and bathroom with pull out sofa bed.

Main house has a very large 24x18 ft kitchen diner, large dining room table seating 16 , to the rear is a south facing decked courtyard.

Hen and well behaved stag parties are welcome with the below terms and conditions.
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, take good care of the property and to leave it clean and tidy on departure. Deductions will occur from the damage deposit if the owner feels this rule is not followed.

The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to the neighbouring properties.

Car Parking is in a long stay car park which is around £17.10 for up to 24hrs and is located on Charlotte Street.

We are a non-smoking establishment. If we suspect any smoking has taken place inside the property we will charge a £100 cleaning bill.

Animals are welcome at most of our properties as long as this has been pre-arranged with the owner.
