For those that are looking for a peaceful break surrounded by an array of walks and bridle paths, this is the perfect spot. Situated between the village of Pulborough and Wisborough Green. Close by is the Wey and Arun Canal within walking distance directly from the property. Within the Arun Valley in West Sussex, Pulborough Brooks has beautiful views across to the South Downs and is set in one of the richest areas for nature in the country. The nature reserve has a great variety of habitats and is home to some wonderful wildlife.
Wisborough Green is a typical English village with a village green, public houses, pond, church, village shop and post office in the centre of the village, and for those that want a night off from cooking, there are three pubs within walking distance. This part of Sussex is a renowned wine region, with the famous Nyetimber Vineyard, Nutbourne Ambriel, Upperton, Stopham, Kinsbrook are all within a short drive. Only 30 minutes’ drive away is historic Arundel with its magnificent castle, antique and book shops, eateries, cathedral, open air pool, wild fowl and wetlands. Slightly further is Chichester with Festival Theatre, boat tours, extensive shopping, Goodwood (Glorious Goodwood, Festival of Speed and Revival for motor racing) and Fontwell for a day at the races. Beaches within a 30-minute drive include West Wittering, Worthing and the ever popular cosmopolitan city of Brighton, with its pier, Regency Royal Pavilion, theatres and art galleries.
