The living areas consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a utility with wine cooler and washing machine, a dining area with seating for ten guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twin (zip/link), all with Smart TVs and serviced by a bathroom, ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, as well as off-road parking for five cars. Please note that three well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The harbour city of Falmouth and Land's End are located further away, respectively, to the east and west. Helston is a fantastic holiday spot with a wide variety of attractions for the whole family. With a car, you can travel to many magnificent beaches, such as Porthleven Beach, Praa Sands Beach, and Gunwalloe Church Cove Beach. Loe Bar offers a dog-friendly setting and the opportunity to access the breathtaking Cornish Coastal Path.

Located in Helston, this cottage is in a rural area. Poldark Mine and Godolphin Estate are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Trevaskis Farm and Paradise Park and JungleBarn. Flambards and Raze the Roof Indoor Play & Laser Tag are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with hiking, rock climbing, and cycling.
