You will have full access to the entire property. The garden will be available from the summer months onwards.
Check in will be via a key safe box, so that it is easier for you to arrive and depart at a more flexible time. We will be on hand to answer any questions throughout your stay, however our helpful guidebook which is available online and at the house should answer any queries you may have!

There is ample free on street parking. The Aston-under-Lyne train station is just 5 minutes drive away and it is a short trip into Manchester Piccadilly! The property is easily accessible by the M60.
LASTLY:
* A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. The money does not come out of your account - a pre-authorisation (hold) is put on the account and money is only taken out if there is damage to the property.
* All guests will be required to e-sign our booking terms and conditions and upload a valid ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out or early check in. This may be arranged at an extra cost.
