St Pius house is the ideal home from home for anyone travelling to Manchester, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Warrington, Oldham, Stockport, Rochdale or Bolton. Situated in Newton Wood, Dukinfield, just a short commute away from all of the aforementioned, it’s a two-bed serviced accommodation property that’s suitable for families, friends, children or seniors.
Serviced accommodation gives a level of freedom that hotels will never be able to offer. Allowing to you to really settle and live in your new surroundings, serviced properties are fully furnished homes that free travellers from the restrictions of set mealtimes, limited check-in availability and a distinct lack of equipment, furnishings and facilities. St Pius House is the ideal serviced property as it’s roomy, homely and has everything you may need under one roof. Sleeping up to 6, there are 2 bedrooms; one double and one twin. Two more guests may sleep on the sofa bed in the living room when extended out. The bedrooms are smartly but minimally furnished with high quality furniture and beautifully soft sheets and quilts to give the best possible night’s sleep in preparation for another great day ahead.
The fully equipped kitchen in St Pius House has a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer, stove and all kitchen utensils ready to be used as soon as you arrive. There’s also a washer dryer machine for any of your laundry needs, and an ironing board, iron and hangers for you to keep your attire looking fresh throughout your stay. The kitchen is the newest room of the house, so enjoy the shiny brand new facilities!
The living room in St Pius House is a great size and cosy sofas make for the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. A fireplace lets you snuggle up warm and the TV and DVD player give a great focus for when you need an easy focus for your time at home. If you’re working, you’ll be pleased to hear that the living room also plays host to a laptop-friendly workstation to give you desk space, and the whole house is Wi-Fi connected.
If you’re the outdoorsy type (or it’s just a warm evening and you fancy a glass of wine outside), there’s a well-tended do garden to watch the sunset from or dine al-fresco; no matter if you’ve cooked in the kitchen or just ordered in!
On-street parking is available for those staying, although public transport operates out of Newton Wood periodically throughout the day. Manchester is only a 15-min drive away, so take advantage and nip in to the city when you get some downtime.
There are a few house rules at St Pius House, but the main two are no smoking and no partying allowed. We aim to keep the property tip top and as clean as we can for every guest – and although we deep clean between each tenancy, this allows us to focus more on quick turnarounds and getting you in and out as efficiently as possible!
Should you need anything at all while you’re staying at St Pius House, our team are available to take care of any maintenance requests, carry out any odd jobs, make recommendations on local amenities, pick up anything you need, or to help you with anything else you need during your trip. Staff are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and in some circumstances, may be able to extend your booking.
