Experience real countryside living in this cosy yet light holiday cottage located on a working farm. Just a short drive from the well-known and well-loved beaches of the Gower Peninsula, and within easy travelling distance to the bustling and friendly city of Swansea with all its attractions and activities, this really is ideally placed for that peaceful country holiday, yet with all the amenities of town. Children are welcome to help feed the animals and collect eggs, and there are many magical footpaths surrounding the cottage for strolls, picnics and memory making!

Size – sleeps four in three bedrooms.
Beds – one king, two singles.
Rooms – ground floor – living room, dining and seating room, kitchen, single bedroom/2nd lounge, utility room, bathroom.  First floor – king-size bedroom, single bedroom which also has an additional 4'6" pull-out bed suitable for a child or young teenager.
Kitchen and utilities – fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. Utility room with washer/dryer and a second sink.
For families – travel cot and high chair available on request, plus toys, games and books. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – patio with garden furniture, barbecue area.
General – central heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. The adjoining cottage,Tŷ Mawr Tlws, can be booked together with this property – please enquire about a combined discount. Bicycle storage and washing facilities available. Wi-Fi available. Plenty of tourist information leaflets are provided, and the owners are happy to assist you and advise on local attractions.  Speciality short breaks are about available in this property, including Welsh language courses, crafts and other activities. The owner has years of experience teaching arts and crafts to adults and children. These short breaks tend to run in low season. Please contact the owner for more information. A visit to Penderyn whiskey distillery can be arranged on request, which includes a tour and Connisseurs masterclass. Please note that this needs to be book at least 2 months in advance, and costs £50 per person.vThere are six theatres within a 10 to 25 minutes drive. The owners are happy to share some of the cottage's history with guests.
Information for disabled and less able people – There is easy parking and access into the property, though there is one step of approximately 5.5mm. The main door is 740mm wide, but other doors and corridors are a minimum of 750mm. The patio seating area is accessible on flat ground. Light switches and power points are at a lower level. There is a 1200mm turning circle in the bedroom and bathroom, and a wheelchair can fit both sides of the bed in the ground floor bedroom. The bed in this room is a day bed type which offers access from both sides. Wheelchairs can fit under the dining table. Taps are levered. The shower cubicle has a 15mm step up. Assistance dogs are welcome.
Pets – no pets allowed.
