Homely and stylish, this semi detached farm cottage is tranquil, peaceful, and cosy. Just a short drive from the captivating sandy beaches of the Gower peninsula, this property is near the owners’ farmland, and children can have a real Welsh countryside experience by helping to feed the horses and chickens, and collecting fresh eggs. With plenty of peaceful country walks, and set in a small hamlet with a 13th century church, it is just 9 miles from the bustling and friendly Swansea and all its city attractions. A perfect get away from it all, yet close enough to city attractions and adventures, this is the perfect balance of town & country.

Size – sleeps six in three bedrooms.
Beds – one king, four singles.
Rooms – ground floor – kitchen diner, lounge diner, snug, shower room.  First floor – king-size bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, single bedroom, landing games area.
Kitchen and utilities – fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave.
Entertainment – TV with Freeview, piano, children's pool/snooker table.
For families –Travel cot, highchair, toys, books and games are available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – small lawn with private patio and garden furniture, barbecue.
General – bedlinen, hand and bath towels provided. Central heating, electricity and logs included. Wi-Fi available. Secure bike storage and washing facilities available. Tourist information leaflets available, and owners are happy to assist guests with advice on local attractions. Speciality breaks are available at this property, including Welsh language courses, crafts etc, led by an experienced tutor. These courses tend to run during low season. Please contact owners for more information. Owners can arrange a visit to Penderyn whiskey distillery, which includes a tour and Connisseurs masterclass, but please book this at least two months in advance. The cost of this tour is £50 per person.  There are six theatres within a 25 minutes drive to this property. This holiday cottage can be booked together with the property next door, Tÿ Bach Twt. Please enquire about combined discount.
