Ground floor apartment comfortably sleeping 6-8 guests, this huge apartment occupies the whole of the ground floor of a large former Victorian 'gentlemen's residence'. The main feature is a stunning lounge/kitchen with a panoramic bay window enjoying views of the Cambrian Coastline.

The apartment is located right on the seafront - a stone’s throw from the beach, with easy access and off-road parking.

Family Shower room:
Off the hallway, there is a fully tiled shower room with WC and sink. The shower has a seat and handles attachments.

There is also free parking on the road and a pay-for public car park opposite (Free November to March). Tywyn’s sweeping sandy beach is directly opposite the property, with the road between.
The beach is dog-friendly to the right and left of the promenade.

The apartment is only 5 minutes' walk away from the town center with all amenities, including a leisure center, restaurants, pubs, two supermarkets, shops, and an excellent cinema.

Aberdovey Golf Club is only a 10-minute drive and the fabulous Snowdonia countryside is right on the doorstep.

Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £399 for any stay.

The price of accommodation is for 6 guests, we can accommodate up to 8 with a supplement of £35 per additional guest.

Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking.

If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement.

Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.

It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.

Located in Tywyn, this apartment is on the beach. Magic Lantern Cinema Tywyn and Ceredigion Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include King Arthur's Labyrinth and Ty Crwyn. Penrhyn Amusement Arcade and Coastriders Kitesurfing are also worth visiting.
