This first floor apartment is situated in a prime location on a development called 'Whitehall Landing' on the banks of the river Esk. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard with high quality laminate flooring throughout. Restaurants, pubs and shops are all within a few minutes walk along the harbourside.
Accommodation: a lift or stairs takes you to the first floor. Entrance, hallway. Lounge with bay window and dining facilities. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and and en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Also a bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers. A third bedroom with a single bed and hanging space. A family bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and wahsbasin. Storage cupboard in the hallway. As the apartment has a lift, it may be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Services; fridge/freezer, electric hob with electric oven, microwave, washing machine. Flat screen colour TV with freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player. Modern electric heating with temperature and time control. Bed linen is provided. There is a Z-bed available for an extra (small) child. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Designated car parking space forone car.
