This Victorian terraced house apartment accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms and welcomes children and well behaved dogs. This exclusive property is in the perfect location for exploring the north east coast.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a Victorian town house and is within minutes of the beach and the main hotspots in town. So whether you’re looking to start your day with an early morning beach walk, or head out in the evening for a bite to eat and a few drinks, you’ll find Pearl Apartment to be in the perfect location.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Access is via keysafe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. The property is located on the third floor and accessed via communal staircase which has multiple stairs.
Free on street parking is available outside of the apartment.

Located in the heart of Saltburn, Pearl Apartment is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade as well as close to all local amenities including shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Pearl Apartment is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Within walking distance of Saltburn Train Station with great access links to Darlington Train Station.

This apartment is located in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Saltburn Valley Country Park and North York Moors National Park, while ArtsBank and Cleveland Ironstone Mining Museum are cultural highlights. Kirkleatham Owl Centre and Zetland Lifeboat Museum are also worth visiting.
