Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet and tiled floor.. First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: With kingsize sleigh bed.

Bathroom: With shower over P-shaped bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack and doggy extras.. Patio with garden furniture and barbecue. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Pwll Farmhouse is a gorgeous detached farmhouse which has been lovingly restored back to its former glory by the owner who lives nearby. Pwll Farmhouse is set on the original farmyard adjacent to another stone-built cottage and offers the perfect space for friends and family to come together. Each room has been lovingly furnished to a very high standard, the open plan kitchen/dining room is finished with shaker style kitchen units, a large range cooker which is perfect for cooking that special meal and is the perfect social room. The spacious living room boasts a wood burner which is perfect for lighting on an evening and relaxing with a good movie. Each large bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished to an excellent standard with high ceilings, and the master bedroom has the convenience of en-suite facilities and even a feature fireplace.
Pwll Farmhouse is surrounded by rolling hills, meadow land, forestry and the meandering Afon Gwili running through this spectacular valley. It is situated off a quiet country lane and is around 3 miles from the activity village of Brechfa, made famous for its outdoor activities, with mountain biking, pony trekking, bird watching and miles of walking trails available for all abilities. With so much on your doorstep, there’s plenty to choose from and you can also enjoy some home cooked produce from the village pub and try some locally brewed ales.
The market town of Llandeilo, a 20-minute drive away, is well worth a visit, where you can stroll around this historic town. Enjoy meandering around antique and gift shops and enjoy a treat or two in one of the local coffee shops. A few minutes from Llandeilo is the National Botanical Gardens of Wales with Europe’s largest single span glasshouse, sure to make for an interesting day out. Beach 18 miles. Shop, restaurant and pub 3 miles.
