Highland View is a fantastic shepherds hut resting on the outskirts of Rhayader in Powys and can sleep two people in one bedroom.

Studio layout with a double bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric woodburning stove. Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC. Heating is provided by an electric woodburning stove. A two-ring hob, microwave, and refrigerator are available in the kitchen. For entertainment there is WiFi and a Smart TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. On request, a travel cot and highchair are available. Parking for two cars is available off-road. Lawn, patio, hot tub, fire pit, and furniture in the garden. We welcome two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. 2.1 miles to the nearest shop and pub. Please keep in mind that the garden is not enclosed, so please keep dogs on leashes when they are outside. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot as it is not provided. Town: Tea rooms, taverns, restaurants, and other necessities abound in this modest Welsh market town, as do quaint shops selling local antiques and other mementoes of bygone days. Swimming pool and weekly cattle market are an additional perk of the leisure centre. "You can't miss the Red Kite Feeding Station, which is located outside of town. One can see stunning dams and lakes in Rhayader's Elan Valley and Claerwen Valley because it is located on the River Wye. It is possible to rent bikes in Rhayader and explore the Elan Valley on foot or by bike. There is also a visitor centre with a café and an outdoor children's play area.

Located in Rhayader, this cottage is in a rural area. The Cambrian Woollen Mill and Silver Mountain Experience are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include The Hall at Abbey-Cwm-Hir and Strata Florida Abbey. Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
