The Space:
The open plan living, kitchen and dining room is modern and sleek. Light floods in from the skylight windows to create a bright and welcoming space. In the living area, the two grey, velvet sofas compliment the red cushions that bring warmth to the space. Perfect for relaxing, you can lay back on the sofas and get lost in a good book or enjoy a cosy night in front of the TV.

The dining area includes a white dining table and light grey chairs. This spot is ideal for laidback breakfasts following lazy mornings and evening meals after busy days in the North East. Whether you’re ordering a takeaway or you’ve prepared a meal in the kitchen, you’ll enjoy socialising with your loved one over a delicious meal at Roker Terrace.

With grey cabinets and white, high shine worktops, the kitchen is clean and contemporary. Both practical and stylish, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. There is an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge as well as a washing machine.

Head to the bedroom and you'll find a relaxing space. Boasting a comfy double bed with premium bedding and linens, you’ll enjoy your nights sleep at Roker Terrace

The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The apartment is accessed using a key safe and full details will be provided before your arrival date.

Pay and display car parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.

The Neighborhood:
Boasting a beautiful sandy beach, there is something special about the area of Roker. Enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront and pier, visit the distinctive Roker lighthouse, or simply just take in the stunning sea views.

We’d also recommend visiting Sunderland during your stay where you can enjoy a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars, or shop away to your hearts’ content.

If you fancy a trip slightly further afield, Newcastle is one of the most popular nightlife destinations within the UK. You’ll be spoilt for choice! Those looking for some retail therapy have lots to choose from. Explore Eldon Square – this giant indoor shopping centre is home to huge department stores, high street favourites and an impressive food court. You don’t want to miss Fenwick Newcastle too! Head to Northumberland Street and you’ll find the impressive department store which has been open since 1882.

Getting Around:
There are a number of Tyne & Wear metro stations located a short distance away from Roker with frequent routes to Sunderland and Newcastle so you can explore the North East easily.

You’ll also find a number of bus stops throughout Roker. Whichever bus you jump on, you’ll have quick and easy access to locations all across the North East.
