The living areas in the end-terrace, reverse-level property comprise a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, a dining area with seating for six people and a sitting area with a TV, access to the furnished balcony and a woodburning stove. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite bathroom, a small double and a single with a pull-out bed, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is private mooring available on request. Within 2.1 miles, you'll find a shop, within 0.6, a pub, and within 0.1, a beach. This property allows one well-behaved pet, but will not allow smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A starter pack for the woodburning stove is also available. Choose Pier North for an excellent stay in Argyll and Bute. Located in Oban, this cottage is in a rural area and on the beach. Glencruitten Golf Club and Oban Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Moine Mhor Nature Reserve and Arduaine Garden. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
