## Space
Our home accommodates up to 6 guests. It is a comfortable, modern retreat near Western Harbour. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a sofa bed. Our home is very colourful and bright. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, TV, radio and mood lighting. There is also a large, comfortable orange bean bag. There is a family dining table which doubles up as a workspace. There is also a desk in the second bedroom.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed and ample storage space. There is also a TV and floor to ceiling windows which bring in a lot of natural light. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bedroom, desk and sliding mirrored wardrobes. My cleaners place fresh hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.
There is a modern bathroom, with rain shower, mood lighting, toilet and sink. We also provide the essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.
## Access
Guests will have access to the whole property for the duration of their stay.

## Neighborhood
Leith is a trendy and upcoming area of Edinburgh. Our home is surrounded by independent cafe's, restaurants and shops. Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh's largest shopping complex and the famous Royal Yacht Britannia is only a short walk away. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance of our home. We are also a short bus journey from Leith, where you will be spoiled for choice by local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars.
## Transit
The number 16 and 12 buses will take you directly through Leith and up into the centre of town. Uber also operates across the city and it is only a short drive or walk to Ocean Terminal and to the foot of the walk.
## Notes
This apartment is located in Leith, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Easter Road Stadium or Meadowbank Stadium.
