The property is modern and well decorated throughout. It includes a hallway entrance, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, and an open living/ dining area.

The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one has a double bed. All beds have also been fitted with quality mattresses and comfy pillows as well as high hotel-quality linens, with a hand and bath towel provided for each guest.

The main bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink, and WC and the ensuite with a walk in sower, toilet and sink.

Living and dining room area:
A double sofa, two comfortable armchairs, perfect for nights in while watching the flat TV.
There is also a dining area with 4 chairs to share home-made meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen area:
The modern kitchen has all the crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils needed during your stay, including an oven, microwave, and fridge freezer.

Please note that this property is located on the first floor with no lift (worth the view though!)

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
*Free parking available on the street - £100 charge if you lose the parking permit
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included
