This second floor flat is in the heart of the city, in the buzzing West End. This modern flat is ideally located in the centre of Edinburgh - perfect for business and leisure trips. The location is ideal for visitors with the Haymarket station just a short walk from the flat.
Open-plan Kitchen/Living area:
The kitchen area has a large island work surface, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and best of all a dishwasher :).
The living area has a leather corner sofa, oak coffee table and large flatscreen TV with Chromecast for streaming YouTube etc and a USB connection for plugging in a hard drive or memory stick. Wireless internet is provided throughout the property.
Bedroom:
Kingsized double bed, a clothes rail and a chest of drawers. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on the beds prior to arrival.
Bathroom:
Shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, towels provided. We provide hand soap and shower gel.
## Access
Access is from a street level door that opens onto a stairway up to the flat on the first floor.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay.

## Neighborhood
Tucked away just behind Shandwick Place, the West End Village is one of Edinburgh’s hidden gems. At the very heart of the village lies both William Street and Stafford Street, where the colourful, stylish boutiques and some much-loved pubs and bars combine to create a bohemian feel to this part of Edinburgh. ## Transit
Bus and tram stops are very close by, only a couple of minutes walk and Haymarket train station is a 10 minute walk.
## Notes
Please note, there is no lift in the property and the flat is on the top floor, so consider this if you have any disability or a very heavy luggage.
Located in Edinburgh, this apartment is in the city center. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Botanic Garden are also worth visiting.
