Garden: The cottage has a well kept and delightful half acre garden, with large areas of lawn, flower beds, a 4ft deep pond in the centre (not fenced so supervision of children is essential).   There is a securely covered well and the lawn leads through to a wild garden where there is a pond of varying seasonal depth, a tree house that can be used at your own risk at an additional charge of £50 per week. This sleeps two (over 16's only)  in a double bed and has electricity, lighting, heating and external cold garden shower. Summer house and patio area with garden table, chairs, loungers, barbecue and garden games.
Parking: Ample parking is available in the front driveway of the cottage.
Heating: Oil central heating.
Also Provided: Telephone for incoming calls.
Notes: The cottage will sleep up to seven adults and one child using a sofa bed and folding bed. Small children must be supervised in garden  at all times due to unfenced ponds.
