Seahorses is a spacious premier family beach front town house holiday home, with stunning sea views and easy assess to the beach. Close to local amenities, schools, children's play park and outdoor gym.
The Property compromises of 4 Bedrooms, a double and single to the ground floor and a king size and twin room to the first floor.
The fully fitted kitchen is located on the ground floor offers dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, electric oven microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cafetiere and enough crockery & cutlery for everyone. There is a dining table in the kitchen as well as in the living room.
A spacious first floor family size living room with plenty of comfortable seating and TV. The patio doors open to a balcony with seating, looking out to the beautiful sea views.
There is a family bathroom with shower over bath to the first floor and a shower room with WC to the ground floor.
The rear garden has a large patio area with table and chairs as well as a lawn area. There are double gates allowing direct access to the beach.
There is off road parking outside the front of the property for two cars.
Bed linen and towels are included in the holiday rental price.
Pets are welcome at £40 per week per pet (Maximum of 2 dogs)
Located in New Romney, this vacation home is on the beach.
