A large and luxurious two bedroom apartment in the Merchant City district of Glasgow. The apartment is located next to the Trongate at the end of Argyle Street. The district offers a wide variety of both Scottish and international bars, restaurants and coffee houses. It is also close to some of Glasgow best venues including the Tron Theatre, The Barrowlands, and the Old Fruitmarket.

This apartment offers great excellent natural light due to its lofty seventh floor position. The building has security entry and an elevator to reach the upper floors. Inside, you will find a large hallway leading to two double bedrooms (one en-suite). The master bedroom has a king-sized bed fitted wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and a modern shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage within fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. The main bathroom includes a bath with a shower over. Having two showers operating from the gas boiler means this is excellent for groups who need to shower at the same time in the morning before heading out for the day's activities.

The large open plan living area includes two elegant sofas, a flat screen TV, music docking station, and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is inclusive of everything you might expect in your own home - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Pots, pans and cutlery are also provided.

The Merchant City area of Glasgow is one of the most vibrant districts and full of diverse and interesting architecture, cafes and restaurants. It is a preferred location for both professional and artistic residents with a number of small galleries and theatres in the area. It is also home to a number of high end boutique style shops and more famous international labels at the Italian Centre.

The annual Merchant City Festival and Celtic Connections attract a growing number of visitors each year who enjoy concerts, Scottish Ceilidh dances, comedy events and exhibitions at venues, including the Tron Theatre, the Old Fruitmarket, the Trades Hall, and St. Andrews in the Square, Merchant Square, and the City Halls.

Located in Glasgow, this apartment is in the city center. OVO Hydro and Barrowland Ballroom are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Glasgow Science Centre and Tall Ship at Riverside. Glen Etive and Xscape Braehead are also worth visiting.
