The superb upstairs sitting room features a wood stove and a large arched window to the west and further windows to the south and north. With windows on three sides of the room, one is afforded wonderful views - it is possible on a very clear day to see the Cumbrian fells in the distance. There are masses of books and pictures as well as a CD player, radio and iPod docking station.
Also upstairs is a spacious and light dining room / kitchen with granite worktops and a full range of appliances, including a washer drier, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave.
Downstairs is a tiled entrance hall, a double bedroom with a king-size bed, television, iPod dock and an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, and a fully-tiled master bathroom with bath and power shower.
