Beautifully presented large 2 bed room apartment sleeping up to 6 using the sofa bed in the lounge. Yards from Ayr beach with sea and harbour views. Fully equipped kitchen and hotel bathroom. With security entry and private parking (on request) as well as elevator access the apartment is convenient and secure.
Very clean modern apartment which we completely renovated in July 2018. It boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a lovely lounge area and kitchen. We also have a balcony with sea views of the wonderful Ayr Coastline and beach. Ayr is the principal town in Ayrshire and offers visitors loads to do. Come and visit the heart of 'Burns' country.

Neighbourhood information
The apartment is ideally located for the beach, harbour and town centre where you can find a wide range of shops, bars & restaurants. Citadel leisure centre is 2 mins walk away and caters for most fitness and sporting needs. It houses a public swimming pool, sports halls and gym. Ayrshire itself is famed for Rabbie Burns and there is plenty of tourist attractions to visit that tell the story of his life. Take a trip South along the coast towards Maidens and you will drive along cliff tops past the ruined Dunure Castle. Stop off at the Electric Brae where you can experience your car driving itself up hill. Further down the coast the majestic site of Culzean Castle comes into view, well worth a visit for all the family.





This apartment is located in Ayr. St. John's Tower and Burns Cottage and Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Pirate Pete's Family Entertainment Centre and LA Bowl.
