Through the grand entrance door, step into the stunning hallway of this duplex apartment which has been lovingly restored to its former glory with beautiful high ceilings, decorative cornicing and stunning ceiling rose with a stunning chandelier, paying homage to its Georgian period. With equal amounts of character, the elegant lounge with deep bay windows is a beautifully light and spacious room to relax come evening, whilst along the hallway the dining room provides adequate seating for you all to come together. Offering a contrast to the rest of the rooms, the modern kitchen has been fully equipped for your culinary needs, with granite worktops, and looking out over the garden.

The Space:
The ground floor consists of 2 king bedrooms as well as the bathroom and a separate WC. Take the stairs down to find the remaining two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom and a family room directly across from it that has a small double bed and bunk beds.

There is a private garden outside that is completely enclosed and has a lush lawn where you can dine al fresco and use the BBQ that is provided while taking in the fresh sea air. There is also a great area for the kids to play.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the ground floor and basement areas of Tanavalla, as well as the garden.

The Neighborhood:
The picturesque harbour is a great place to spend an afternoon as it boasts a vibrant sailing community as well as plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants (1.2 miles). In addition, there is Margate which has the renowned Turner Contemporary Gallery, and Broadstairs, which is known for its connections to Charles Dickens, and have been named the sunniest areas in the UK (Met office statistics 2021, both within 5.3 miles).

Getting Around:
Avid walkers can take a stroll along the Viking Coastal Trail, which runs from Ramsgate around the Kent coastline to Herne Bay. Conveniently located close to Ramsgate train station (0.5 mile) if you wish to explore without the car.
