Three Chimneys, Brookland

Kent. Sleeps up to 10

This peaceful village is tucked away in the middle of the beautiful and mysterious Romney Marsh, a haven for wildlife in unspoilt countryside. Situated between the Walland and Romney Marshes, Brookland has a fascinating history of smuggling and the church is famous for having a detached wooden bell tower. The tower is octagonal, and has a conical roof of three diminishing 'flounces' - well worth a visit. Three Chimneys is a substantial Grade II listed family home set in the heart of the village - with a great pub just along the High Street and the location is great for visiting many attractions - historic Rye, the wonderful beaches at Camber, Steam Trains - Romney, Hythe, & Dymchurch miniature railway, plus the Kent & Sussex railway at Tenterden, RSPB Reserves at Rye Harbour and Dungeness to name a few!
