Rivage (meaning 'a coast' or 'shore') is a fitting name for this modern first-floor maisonette with wonderful sea views looking out to Ynys Môn (Isle of Anglesey), which comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The maisonette is arrange to sleep 4 people, and then there is additional space for two more in the top floor loft room. Rivage is situated in a quiet residential area a short walk from Deganwy beach and just 2 miles from both Llandudno and Conwy, with the amazing region of North Wales on your doorstep.
The maisonette, which is arranged over three levels with the reception hall, bathroom (corner bath and separate shower cubicle and washbasin), WC, and double bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has a spacious twin bedroom and a delightful open plan kitchen-lounge-diner with balcony and fabulous views out over the sea towards Anglesey. The third floor, accessed via an alternating tread, ships ladder staircase from the lounge makes a lovely office or reading space and has a useful desk for just this purpose. This room has even better views of Deganwy, and the sea, but just a polite notice, that due to location, there is restricted headroom over the king size bed, with just 1m from floor to ceiling at the headboard end, and 1.65m floor to ceiling at the foot end.
The property has a full range of great facilities you will need for a great stay, which includes a great kitchen, fridge and icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker. Wifi is included and there is a Smart TV for your use.
Bed linen and towels are supplied. There is off-road parking for up to two cars available at Rivage.

Located in Conwy, this apartment is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Eryri National Park and RSPB Conwy Nature Reserve, while Tina Holley Gallery and Venue Cymru are cultural highlights. Pen-y-Dinas Hillfort and Bodafon Farm Park are also worth visiting.
