The apartment is on the outskirts of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey) where you will find a championship golf course, some fabulous pubs and restaurants, and a glorious sandy beach which stretches for miles along Cardigan Bay to Tywyn (4 miles). Perfect for exploring the southern parts of the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park local activities include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. A short flight of terraced external steps leads up and round to the entrance into this pretty south facing apartment which occupies the first and second floors of the building. Stepping inside, the hallway features polished oak flooring and leads you through to the spacious and coolly decorated lounge/diner. This fresh and airy space is perfect for sitting back at the end of the day, watching a film on TV or taking in the views across the estuary. To the rear of the room there s an inviting dining area perfect for gathering together for a family meal. A free car pass is provided, allowing parking in the Aberdyfi pay and display car parks, the nearest being 250 metres away at Penhelig.
