Little Beck Cottage is a self-contained cottage four miles from Harleston in East Anglia. It comes with two bedrooms; a double and a single room, as well as a shower room, the property can sleep three people. Its interior also contains an open-plan living room including a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. To the outside you will find off road parking for one car and a garden with a patio and a gravel area with furniture and a barbecue. Little Beck Cottage is a perfect base to return to whilst enjoying the walking and cycling abounding the area.

Amenities: Electric central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, DVD, DAB radio, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lockable storage. Patio and gravel with furniture and a BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Brook running alongside property, children must be supervised when outside. Note: Even though the property is mainly on the ground floor, there are a few steps inside and outside the cottage, therefore may not be suitable for the less mobile. Note: The TV does not have freeview, it is for watching DVDs on only. Note: Mobile phone reception is provider dependent (as in many parts of the
country) O2 and Vodafone both have good reception, with EE fluctuating.
A wide selection of dvds are provided however you are welcome to watch TV programme's on your own Mobile devices

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: This town offers inns, shops, restaurants and café as well as an art gallery and a museum and a weekly market. Nearby attractions include the Aviation & Steam Train Museums, castles, cathedrals, breweries, vineyards, the Norfolk Broads and the Sandringham Estate. A drive to Suffolk coast brings you to Southwold with its lighthouse.

Located in Harleston, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Valley Farm Vineyards and Beccles Lido are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Norfolk Broads and Danby Wood. The Playbarn and Oasis Camel Park are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking nearby.
