Noted for it's impressive timber-framed buildings and fine Georgian facades, it has a thriving community and welcomes visitors to its award winning farm shop as well as restaurants and pubs. The magnificent sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells are within minutes and there are many National Trust properties within easy reach.

The newly renovated Granary Flat forms part of a beautiful 17th century farmhouse on the edge of Little Walsingham. It is only a short stroll away from the farm shop and excellent Norfolk Riddle Restaurant. The property, with it's own access, is situated on the first floor and provides comfortable studio accommodation. Shop/Pub: 250 yards
