Our gorgeous cottages are located in the city centre, 2 double or King Size bedrooms all fully refurbished in 2021 to the highest standard. Free parking with very easy access to the city centre bars restaurants and very close to Metro links.
Our cottages come fully equipped with high quality bedding, fully fitted kitchens and all required appliances so suit the short or long stay guests.
We do not allow anyone under 24 years of age to book our cottages, we do not allow children under 12 to stay in the cottages, No gatherings or parties are allowed in the cottages at any time

Located in Sunderland, this cottage is in the city center. George Washington Golf Club and Pelaw Grange Greyhound Stadium are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Waldridge Fell Country Park and Whitburn Sands. Karting North East and The Marsden Grotto are also worth visiting.
