Other places to visit include the Sea Zoo, the Butterfly Palace, castles, windmills, the RSPB reserves, superb golden sandy beaches, and of course many wonderful walking and cycling opportunities. The Snowdonia National Park is an easily accessible, with its stunning mountain scenery, array of outdoor pursuits and the port of Holyhead makes day trips to Dublin possible. Beach 3 miles. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Breakwater Country Park and Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while Holyhead Maritime Museum and Oriel Ynys Môn are cultural highlights. Summit to Sea and Ellins Tower Visitor Centre are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
